The Michael Kors show in New York featured classic three-quarter styles in natural animal tones of grey and brown. At Joseph Altuzarra the classic fur coat was re-imagined in dreamy pastel shades of blue and pink. In London new faux-fur fashion label Shrimps gave the most intriguing take on this textile. The mixture of unexpected patterns and embellishments give these coats their quirky feel. Whether faux or real, fur will be the most luxuriously stylish way to keep warm this autumn.
